1st attempt: Beef lasagna
Last Saturday, i tried to bake beef lasagna, dengan harapan jadilah, pls! Hehehe.. Actually, dah lama teringin nak buat lasagna, i even once shared the recipe in this very blog lagi.. Alhamdulillah, house warming present from my SIL granted this so called wish, and apa lagi, off we went to buy the lasagna noodles and sempat made some groceries, so that sabtu and ahad, the kitchen akan berasap.. hehehe..
First attempt memang agak fail.. Hahaha.. Seriously, tak tau what went wrong.. I followed the recipe religiously, and i didn't miss anything.. Well, at least, yang important!.. I read there 'Oven panaskan pada suhu 180, and bake the lasagna for 40 mins'.. Hmmmm.. the RESULT: atas lasagna rentong and keras.. Oh my.. Nasib baik i separatekan half of the ingredients dah.. Nope! I tak send any negative energy bila decided to keep half of the ingredients for the next attempt.. Hahahah! :P Memang tak tau nak guna oven tuh at the first place.. Blame us, for not reading the manual first.. Huhuhu.. :P
Lucky me, part bawah still boleh makan, and rasa gak la macam lasagna.. Hehehe..
Second attempt - Refused to follow the recipe dah.. With my wife- in- the- kitchen- instinct, i heated the oven at 150 and baked the lasagna for only 10 minutes.. And RESULT: lembut dah lasagna tuh.. Hehehehe.. No worries, everything actually dah cooked before.. Like the ingredients tadi and also the noodles yang dah direndam dalam air panas.. Basically, memang cepat masak.. Did send for a taste to Shah Alam, and Bukit Jelutung.. To Tokma and my siblings, mummy will bake some again this weekend.. :)
And today, we would like to share a recipe on Nasi Ayam for this coming Saturday.. :) To all, Selamat Mencuba.. :)
Nasi Ayam Special
Bahan-bahan :
ayam
beras
bawang besar
halia
bawang putih
sup bunjut
cili masak
sedikit sos tiram
sedikit kicap
sedikit cili sos
daun sup
Bahan-bahan sampingan :
Tomato
Timun
Daun salad
Cara-cara :
- Rebus ayam bersama halia yang ditumbuk lumat sehingga masak.
- Setelah masak, toskan ayam dan perap bersama sos tiram & kicap. Air rebusannya jangan dibuang.
- Untuk nasi, tumis bawang merah & bawang putih hingga wangi, masukkan separuh air rebusan ayam tadi dan tanak bersama-sama nasi (bubuh pewarna kuning sikit supaya nasi tu berwarna kuning).Garam secukup rasa dan biarkan masak.
- Ayam yang telah diperap kemudiannya digoreng.
- Untuk kuah sup, tumis bawang putih dan bawang besar bersama-sama sup bunjut sehingga naik bau. Kemudian masukkan baki air rebusan ayam tadi. Setelah hampir masak, masukkan daun sup untuk menyedap dan mewangikannya.
- Untuk sos cilinya pula, tumbuk atau blend cili masak bersama 1 ulas bawang putih hingga hancur. Masakkan bersama-sama sedikit sos cili dan sedikit air, letakkan sedikit gula dan garam secukup rasa.
- Setelah siap semua, bolehlah makan bersama-sama salad, timun dan tomato.
1 sudu besar jus limau
2 sudu besar stok ayam
2 sudu besar gula
4 sudu besar sos cili
4 ulas bawang putih-tumbuk halus
1 in halia-tumbuk halus
garam
campur aje sume n gaul sebati. (kalu nk masak kejap pon boleh..)
kicap:-
2 sudu besar kicap manis
1 sudu besar kicap cair
beberape titik minyak bijan
stok ayam
sama gak..campur aje sume...siapppp
