OMG! I think my son can already talk! At least he said something that i undertood.. Hehehe..

Hehehe.. Yes, i really think so.. But don't get me wrong, not that Aidan can talk like REALLY talk.. Hahaha.. Apa la ayat mummy nih kan?? Well, Aidan can talk, but ofcoz lah he talks just like kids his age.. The words are there, except that the sound not really tepat.. But, if we hear carefully and slowly, we could actually understand.. Alhamdulillah.. :)

His vocab semakin hari semakin banyak, and i just love that when i talked to his dad, and his dad was saying this and that, tiba2 dia ulang balik apa yang daddy kata.. But don't get me wrong, bukan la the whole ayat, but yang hujung2.. Hahaha.. Just now, we brought him out, and we were looking for a parking space, and mummy was looking here and there.. Daddy saw one, and said 'pegi depan tuh, ada one spot..' and mummy tanya lagi.. 'where?' and this time daddy point his finger and said 'tu... tu..' and suddenly, this little fella pun angkat tangan, point to that exact place and said 'tu.. tu..' Hahaha.. Kelakar.. Cute at the same time.. :)

And this morning, as we were waiting for daddy to put things in the car, mummy and Aidan lepaklah depan TV, and tiba2 keluar lagu TV3, Nananana, nananana, nananana, TV3!! And Aidan cepat2 pandang TV, and then the lagu repeated, and this time, mummy terkejut dengar Aidan followed the song.. He went 'nnaaaaa.. aaaaa *PAUSE.. and then.. eeeekeeeeek aaaaa (TV3)!' Hehehe.. Terkejut mummy, terus bagitau daddy yang his son dah kuat imitate orang cakap, and for sure lepas ni, no more words yang bunyi cam baby2.. Like 'Aidan nak shushu ker?? or Mummy cayang dia! (RIGHT INFRONT OF HIM), sebab nanti dia terikut2 lak.. ' But apa2 pun, we just love his progress.. :)

His latest sopan and boleh buat menantu word is, Thank You! Whenever we say thank you to somebody, he will repeat it.. 'Tenn tu' Aidan kata.. and ofcoz diikuti dengan clap for a job well done untuk diri sendiri.. Hahaha.. Sebab selalunya whenever he does something good, we will celebrate him by clapping our hands and said 'yes or yahoo!'.. So, Aidan dah terbiasa.. Hehehe.. :) He went 'Yeahhhh!'.. :)

And ofcoz few other words, yang Aidan sebut but lepas tuh dah tak repeat dah, sebab mungkin words tuh keluar dengan tak sengaja.. Yup, bila dah suka imitate nih, ada jer words yang keluar without him expected.. Like aritu, bila makan, daddy tanya 'Sedap?' and tiba2 Aidan kata 'edaapp'.. Hahaha.. But sekali tuh jer, pastu bila next few days, mummy tanya 'Sedap?', Aidan tak amik pot pun, dia buat tak tau.. BUT, mungkin juga sebab TAK SEDAPPPP! Kakakaka..

Good job, buddy! Mmuuahhh! :)

Orang Kedah kata : 'Kheja' nak menyegak ja.. Anak sapa lah ni?? Hehehe..

Short entry :

Tak kisah what he's wearing, as long as he has one nice pair of shoes to wear.. Yup, this kicik of mine has this 'thing' with shoes.. He just loves shoes.. Tak kisah la sandal ker, crocs ker, he would ask untuk pakai.. Dalam rumah, luar rumah, dalam kete.. Huhuhu.. Kasut sendiri, kasut orang, kasut kecil, kasut besar, hahaha.. you name it.. Mesti si kicik nak pakai punya.. Hahaha.. He goes 'nak, nak, nak, nak'..

Sometimes, nak tido pun nak pakai kasut.. But sometimes mummy pakaikan la juga, but i would buka slowly bila dia leka, or simply refuse to let him wear them.. Sebab tak nak ikut what he wants sangat, nanti naik 'sheikh', orang Kedah kata.. Hahaha.. Sebab being the one and only child now, we tend to be like so soft, and tak nak kalau jadi pattern for Aidan.. I even let him cry sometimes bila he wants to do this and that which i tak kasik.. I would just let him be, and bila lama2 then only i would pujuk him back.. Bukan apa, we shouldn't follow their pattern, but they should follow ours.. :) Mummy nyer tone and volume pun dah boleh tahan dah skang ni.. Hehehe..

Okie dokie.. ini lah gambar my son who has this passion and love towards shoes.. His birthday gift yang dia sayang sangat2.. :)) Thanks for the boots ya.. Aidan loves it!

Mummy dah bukakan, now dia nak try pakai sendiri lak.. Mummy mengucap panjang, sambil tepuk dada ni soh sabar.. Hehehe..

Haaa, ni kat bilik adik.. Mummy tgh kemas kan barang adik, dia plak sibuk nak pakai kasut.. Hehehe.. Anak sapa lah ni yek?? Anak mummy!! :)

Brush Brush Brush!

Hey baby mummy,

You one awesome boy! Anak mummy dah pandai nak cooperate when mummy asks to brush his teeth.. Alhamdulillah, training mummy untuk Aidan menjadi gak.. Aidan macam dah tau plak what to do.. Whenever you saw mummy with your tooth brush, Aidan would open your mouth and sometimes you show your teeth.. :) Cute!

But for now, Aidan tak nak lama2 sebab he found it interesting for 1min like that jer, pastu dia dah start nak gerak2, and maybe gak sebab rasa toothpaste tuh (oooh, toothpaste just boleh letak like very minimal kay, layang2 ala2 nampak tak nampak jer.. heheheh.. and ofcoz use the one for infants.. :)).. But that 1 min, ofcoz lah mummy kena guna dengan jayanya.. Hehehe.. But this is a good start sebab boleh expose him to this new habit.. BUT, if let's say Aidan tak nak cooperate, especially masa awal2 mummy nak introduce toothbrush pada Aidan, mummy use your bunny dental care- fabric, and yang nih pun easy.. Just that, bila dah ada gigi nih, Aidan tend to ter- gigit jari mummy.. Ooouchh! Sakittttt.. :P

What i did to let him get use to his brushing routine is that sometimes i brush my teeth with him, and let him imitate what i did, and pastu i help him brush his teeth lak.. Another way that i think useful is to let him watch Yo Gabba Gabba on Brush Brush Brush, with songs and gambar toothbrush and what not, and we show him his toothbrush, and kata 'sama' and follow the song sambil brush his teeth.. And maybe you want to ask his friends, nephew or other siblings to brush their teeth together.. You kid will love it.. :)

Okay, that's about it.. Good job buddy.. Mummy is soooo proud of you! :)

TODAY'S NEWS: We have good news to share!

Yup, the photoshoot went so well, Alhamdulillah.. Achik even came to sleep at our house last night.. We were so excited about today's photoshoot.. Okay, fine.. Mummy was the most excited person of all.. Hahaha.. Yup, the fact that Achik Ieta and Aunty Laili decided to help for the photoshoot, left me smiling days and days, sebab i would love to create a tradition in my family.. To treasure all the memories, each year, through pictures.. :)

Aunty Laili took nice pictures of Aidan.. I asked for a close up ones, and ofcoz the 'playful' / informal versions.. I just loveeeeeee.. all of them.. They were so nicely captured.. I even told my SIL, these pictures are for me to look back later on, masa dah tua, hahaha, and i would cry for sure! Hahaha.. Yup, my sentimental heart, emo sungguh kan?? Kekeke..

Both photographers and my new fav model were in good mood, and the energy was just superb! Aidan was overwhelming for sure, as he had no idea what we were trying to do, up until Aunty Laili showed him few pics that she had taken earlier, and after each shooting sessions, Aidan would looked at himself in the camera (hahaha, ala2 bagi comment plak, cam professional, hahahah) and tunjuk2, tanda agree 'yes, i love this one, and that one'.. hahahaha.. :P

So i suggested for my SIL and Aunty Laili to come up with a business.. Since they can capture nice pictures at home jer, without us having to go all the way to the studio (Uncle Shafiq, we still wanna snap2 pic with you okay.. hehehe), why not they come up with a photography business, where they bring the studio to your home.. Hehehe.. But don't expect la for them to bring all the lighting stands and so forth, as they charged you fairly.. Bukan kata nak set professional photographers price and what not.. :) But something nice, sweet and memorable for you and your loved ones.. :)

But in our case, Achik said FOC!! Hehehe.. But, ofcoz mummy kata i edit the pictures myself.. Takkan la dah FOC pun nak expect edit pun diorang.. Hahaha.. But thanks anyways Achik and Aunty Laili.. The outcomes are just perfect and very beautiful.. :)

p/s: Ada few snaps yang macam kelakar sangat, and i already thought of doing something with them.. Hahaha.. Ada yang nak send to 'daddy' sendiri (oooh, daddy tak tgk semua gambar lagi, sebab mummy nak surprise him with Aidan's funny pic), to our loved ones (SURPRISE, SURPRISE!), and ofcoz satu untuk Ateh.. Hahaha.. Sebab kalau Ateh tengok gambar tuh, mesti Ateh gelak sampai keluar air mata.. Hehehe.. Dan yang Tehhh! :P

Ohhh, our outdoor photoshoots tunda ke 2nd of January, and my prenatal pics pun sekali.. The weather was a little bit jealous of us.. Hehehe.. Wait for the pics yang dah captured today, kay?.. Jenuh nak edit.. For sure amik masa sket.. :)) Daaaaa.. :)

Aidan's morning routine.. :)

It's time to DANCE !! Go Aidan, go ! Go Aidan, go! :)

Hello lovelies, this is my son, Aidan and he is doing what he is best at (currently) which is dancing !! He just love to dance, but it is so hard to catch him dancing like, REALLY dancing when he is aware that mummy is recording what he's doing.. It will distract him for sure.. And yesterday morning, mummy tried so hard to record his dance moves, and as usual, my kicik will eventually catch me with my camera.. Hmmm.. :P

But, Aidan can't simply seat still when Yo Gabba Gabba plays it's 'It's time to Dance' song, and it is simply Aidan's fav! He just love it, and will try to imitate them, in his own way (takder la sama, but he feels like that, i supposed) hahaha..

Okay, his routine everyday, 15 mins morning exercise time (before heading to Opah's) ! Yo Gabba Gabba Let's Dance! :))

We joined this site, since June 2009, yup, i created this site for Aidan before he arrived, and sempat update this and that sikit2 jer, sebab i was more into blogging and yup, Aidan has his own baby record book, it's Amy Neben's! Sooo, chumell.. :) So, update sumer di situ and sini jer.. Hehehe..

But, hari ni, tiba2 jer teringat his Totsites, and terpk, what happened to it, yek?? Hahaha.. Masuk2 jer, hmmm, bersawang! Kekekeke.. Tak update pun.. But rasa rugi nyerrrr.. Now i have to read back my blog, baca milestones Aidan balik, and whatever i think best to record, and record dalam his Totsites.. Kan dah 2 kali keje.. Hehehe..

But awesome lah.. Sebab if let's say your son and daughter pun ada this site, we can manage for them first and later, they can manage themselves, and can find friends in there.. Cuba bayang kan, bila diorang jumpa kawan at their early age, and sampai besar still can communicate, get in touch and masing2 can read about their childhood.. Aaaaahh, awesome! Mummy nak try activate the account back, and who knows, Aidan might find friends from all over the world! :)

13/12/2010 - 1 year, and 3 months old !

Happy 15 months old baby Aidan ! Yup, if hari tuh, mummy selalu update Aidan nyer milestone like every month for a year.. But lately nih, mummy tak perlu tunggu every month to update new progress, sebab being 1 is amazing, and being 1 is fun! Boleh kata Aidan dah start to adapt to his environment, and memang kuat observe itu ini.. Due to that, he imitate people like selalu sangat, and sikap nak tahu itu ini, like sooo obvious! Good job baby!

Today, mummy nak share with Aidan, your progress which mummy feel so happy and proud sangat2.. But ada gak yang mummy went..' why, baby?? why'.. Hehehe.. Nak tau apa?? Haaa, Aidan, this is for you to read back.. Later, when Aidan pun dah ada family sendiri, and you experience these yourself, Aidan tau lah what to do, or dari mana that attitude datang.. Hehehe.. :P

Masing2 ada cara tersendiri nak didik anak2, sebab how the parents are brought up pun lain2, and usually apa yang kita experience, yang tuh yang kita akan apply dekat anak kita.. Sebab kita pun dah biasa dengan satu2 cara tuh, but ofcoz, along the way, yang baik saja kita akan make sure the kids follow.. :) Aidan being Aidan, do things at his own will and pace, but ofcoz kena follow certain2 guidelines..

Okay, the ones yang mummy proud sangat2.. : Additional to the ones mummy updated before.. :)

1. After 1 week mummy ajar Aidan angkat tangan and recite Bismillah, and Amin before each feeding, Aidan dah faham and can adapt to it.. Alhamdulillah.. Bila mummy baringkan Aidan, and mummy baca 'Bismillahilrahmanirahim', Aidan will raise his hand to his doa position (sometimes, kena pegang tangan Aidan sebab sebelah angkat, sebelah ke mana jerrr.. hehehe) but biasalah budak2, takder lah buka tapak tangan like us ni, hehehe, and ended up with Amin, whereby my baby akan Aminkan with both hands ke his face.. Cute! Mummy rasa happy sangat sebab he can adapt to this new thing like so fast.. :)

2. His new cheeky words and sounds -

Okkkk' ooooo (bila Aidan ada buat something yang bley kasi mummy or daddy marah)

Yahhhooooo (bila ajuk kita - well, when he succeeded in something, we will make happy sounds, sebab kids learn through sounds, and happy sounds tend to give them the idea that they just did something right :)

Baaa.. baaa.. (i thought he was calling or thinking about his Tokba, but rupa2nyer, sometimes dia panggil daddy 'baaa.. baaa..') but bila di rumah KJ or Shah Alam pun, sometimes dia cepat tangkap, calling for Tokba, Achik, and harituh he called his Asu, Ziki (Zikri) sebab he listened to his Tokba panggil Asu, Zikri.. And in Shah Alam, he calls Opah, Gee, and achik Ha becomes 'Ha' jer..

Hehehe.. In a way, i think this is the time yang Aidan cepat nak tangkap words, and lately nih kena selalu converse with him, and point things, so that dia tau what we are talking about.. Cuma bila kita suruh, Aidan dah tak nak buat.. But bila kita leka je, ada je few new words yang keluar from his mouth.. :) Kalau dulu, risau sangat, takut Aidan jadi a little bit left behind, sebab Aidan pun prem baby, but along the way i got to learn from him, that he is doing tremendous actually.. And there's nothing for me to worry about.. Like, at all.. :) Aidan learns things in his own unique way, and he is one creative baby, since most of the things he learned by himself.. :) Setiap anak2 ada kelebihan masing2, and they should learn with no pressure at all.. :)

3. Aidan dah pandai pujuk, which is so cute (for me lah.. hahahah).. Bila Aidan main2 ngan mummy, dia cepat ter over excited and tend to hit us, sebab at first we were laughing together, so mana la dia tau kita sakit.. And mummy will pretend to cry, and this fella memang muka guilty abis, and bila daddy kata say sorry, he will come to me, amik both of my hands, and tenung macam kesiankan mummy.. Walaupun dia tak pandai lagi kata 'sorry', but nampak the guilty face bagi mummy cair.. But bila mummy peluk dia balik, aiiik, dia plak buat2 nangis macam merajuk.. Aiiikk, pelik kan?? Hehehe..

' Why baby? why? ' :P

1. Lately nih, Aidan selalu terjaga tengah malam, and nangis2 without opening his eyes.. Tak nak diangkat, but later bila daddy angkat and bawa ke hall tengah, baru dia nak tido balik.. Or bila mummy basuhkan muka dia, si kicik macam baru sedar, and baru nak senyum balik.. Minum susu panas, baru back to his lala land.. Unlike aritu, Aidan dah trained to sleep the whole night long.. I guess, sebab lately nih bila dia dah active, Aidan start mimpi2.. *Sigh.. Kalau menangis buka mata takper, yang macam still dalam keadaan tido nih yang jenuh sket.. Hehehehe.. :P Okay 'Why baby, why??' :P

2. Aidan suka panjat2, buka pintu almari, kabinet and etc2.. Kalau panjat tangga now, bukan macam dulu lagi.. Now the kicik nak naik tangga macam orang besar, tak nak dah merangkak.. And sekerat jalan jer, nak turun balik, and still ala2 orang dah besar.. Huhuhu.. Luruh jer jantung ni.. Takut dia tersadung and all.. Huhuhu.. Mummy asyik mengucap panjang.. Huhuhu.. :P Bagus sebab dia observe kita turun macam mana, and dia pun ada sikap nak cuba.. But at your age?? 'Why baby, why?' :P

In short, banyak dah ragam si kicik.. Too many, and ofcoz bab mengambil masa sedikit untuk bergaul tuh, is still there.. but it's not abnormal, sebab biasalah if anak2 rasa threatened and what not, with new faces and etc.. We never thought that it should be something yang we should be concerned about, sebab after a while, Aidan ok jer, and he can be as friendly.. And bila main2 pun, Aidan main cara Aidan la.. Hehehe.. In his own world, but now, my kicik dah start berbalas2 pukulan okay, hahaha, and bila berebut something tuh, haaaa, siap menggigil tarik benda tuh ke dia.. Huhuhu.. Yup, boys will always be boys.. :)

And you, my cheeky boy.. We both love you so much!! Mmmuuaxx!

Yo Gabba Gabba, let's dance!

Great, both teach the kids in their own special way.. Yo Gabba Gabba is all about dancing, singing, and lots more.. and Upin Ipin just teach the kids about life, in a way that the kids would just love it.. The message is always there.. :) Good programmes!

9 pula.. :) Now with fever sekali.. Huhuhu..

Pity Aidan, today dah genap 3 hari Aidan demam, and the first 2 days memang panas sangat badan Aidan.. The temperature macam main2 lak, turun naik, turun naik.. Huhuhuhu.. It started on Monday evening, and that morning, memang mummy and daddy tak sangka plak yang our dear son akan jatuh sakit, since he was very active, happy jer, and lari sana, lari sini.. Although, yes, a week before, Aidan ada sedikit flu and batuk2.. But, mild jer, and i guess, Aidan tak really recover, and now, terus demam.. Pity him.. :(

Selalunya, tiap kali mummy and daddy sampai rumah Achik Ha jer nak fetch him, Aidan would just lightened up, and lari datang peluk like years tak jumpa.. But on Monday, he chose to just baring, and although dia bukannyer really like tido, he just closed his eyes and had his rest.. Sian sangat.. Mummy rasa helpless bila tengok Aidan macam tuh..

Then suddenly Gee told me that Aidan could be demam sebab nak tumbuh gigi, and i was like, yang mana?? Sebab baru jer mummy update Aidan nyer tooth chart, and it seemed to me that gigi tuh dah pun keluar, and quite impossible sekarang baru nak demam.. Gee showed me Aidan baby tooth, baru nak erupt, and nampak pun macam merah2 sket.. 'Ooooh, new one! Hmmm, i guess that's the reason why my baby boy demam, and tido kadang2 nangis, sebab sakit or tak selesa'.. Hmmm..

If that's the case, InsyaAllah, lagi 2-3 days, gigi tuh akan tumbuh sepenuhnya okay Aidan.. Mummy minta Aidan sabar jer kay?? Aidan anak yang baik, and very strong.. Dari kecil lagi Aidan strong, and mummy will help you to go through this kay?? Love you soooo much! You are my boy! :)

p/s: Anak2 En Mazlan, our neighbour sebelah rumah pun baru jer keluar hospital after 1 week kena admit for viral fever.. Both kakak and adik.. Pity En Mazlan kena jaga both kids sorang2, since Kak Nomi, his wife pun tengah berpantang.. Yup, Kak Nomi baru delivered one beautiful baby girl, Marsya nama nyer.. :) Congrats to both of them.. :)

Wahhh, dah 8! :P

At 1 year, 2 months and 12 days, you my son, it's time for a little training.. :)

Well, too soon for potty training.. I know.. At least, tunggu lah bila Aidan at least dah boleh cakap, or faham when mummy kata ' Aidan nak gi toilet, bgtau mummy.. We can play splash2 after that ', yerrrrr, diikuti dengan 5 minit main splash2 water.. Harus create something to excite them to go to the bathroom, if yes, nature calls.. Hihihi..

But, bila tak boleh nak converse lagi, this one training seems to work.. Yup, besides tak biasakan babies with pacifiers (yup, tapi adorable jer bila tgk diorang with pacifiers.. some ambil masa nak really let go the habit, others biasa jer, like no hal!) hihihi.. Okay, the one thing yang might work is for them to say bye2 to their 'susu panas' bottle, and say 'hi' to drinking bottle with sipping straw! So HI!!

Bukan apa, i am training my son to stop using his 'susu panas- as we call his milk time' bottle from now, sebab Aidan at this point masih dalam keadaan nak adapt with his surroundings, and bila start dari awal, dia mudah nak follow our pattern or rentak in BM! Hehehe.. He can't complaint or bersungut, but we can tell if he refuses it for sure, but worth trying right?? I have read few places that suggested to train the children to use sippy cup at early years and it would be awesome if he or she can cope with it, and if he or she refuses the sippy cup, then we still have time to train them later.. So, no harm trying! :)

Bukan la kata Aidan now dah pun well trained, sebab it takes me to really be with him and support him.. And with my schedule lately nih, it is better to start this training during weekend ni.. and for the time being, i am training Aidan to sleep the whole night long (which always berjaya, and sometimes fail.. hehehehe) But again, worth trying, sebab apa2 pun yang melibatkan anak, mesti worth trying, tak kisah la kalau mummy kena bersengkang mata at 1 am just to read on how to train this and that to her beloved boy! Chewahh! :P Macam sekaranggg! Hahaha..

Okay, the reason being for me train him to sleep the whole night long, is because mummy nak Aidan skip susu panas time at nights or early2 in the morning, sebab bila dalam keadaan still mengantuk, Aidan tak boleh focus, and the best thing is ofcoz back to his 'susu panas' bottle.. Habis jer, he would go back to his lala land.. Well, memang if benda ni jadi, mummy kena prepare la his bottle gak.. Just in case, guna jer pada waktu tengah malam or awal pagi.. The rest, please kay dear, guna sippy cup or drinking bottle with sipping straw.. :)

But please, jangan kata, 'kesiannyer budak tuh.. still baby lagi..' No! Do not say that, sebab mak mana la tak nak bagi the right amount of nutrients dekat si anak.. Just that, the 'tools' are different now.. When he is hungry, then feed him, bila 'susu panas' time, then give him his sipping straw.. Not that we want to torture him! Come on! Hehehe..

So, tak nak comment banyak2 here.. Wish us luck for this coming weekend.. Nak bagi Aidan focus and more focus, and say 'bye2' forever to his bottles.. :) Yeahhhhh!

p/s: ooohhhh, i got to know that another blogger mom, Amie pun dah start train Kaira.. Great babe! But cara masing2 mungkin sama but tak serupa, or totally different.. Kaira dah besar, dah minum chocolate milk or milo kot, but Aidan with his stool yang sometimes ok, sometimes hard, jarang sangat i bagi dia chocolate milk etc, but i will find other alternatives, for sure.. :)

Pray so hard, so that Aidan will follow Haikal and Nurin.. Haikal stopped asking for 'susu panas' when he was 2 years old.. No no to bottles.. And now, he likes milk,but thanks to Dutch Lady, the big boy wakes up and ask for 'susu sejuk' plak from Gee.. Well, the mini pack helps! :) And sweet Nurin, she rarely asks for her bottle as well, melainkan bila dia betul2 teringin.. Like tiba2 dalam seminggu.. Hahaha.. I got to know how my sister taught them to stop.. Great Achik Ha! That's why mummy start now, sebab kalau tak berjaya now pun, nak gak make sure by 2 years old, Aidan say no no no! to his bottles.. :) InsyaAllah, and Amin..
